It’s a one stop shop for all the home needs. I prefer Fred Meyer because the selling package quantity for the family of 2 is perfect. The pineapple coconut cake is must try delicious.

This Fred Meyer stands out to me as a true superlative in customer service, thanks to its team members' courteous, helpful, and exuberant personalities. Even though WinCo is closer to my house and has comparable pricing, I prefer to go to this specific Fred Meyer almost every time. Now, other Fred Meyer locations do well enough—I haven't had any particularly negative experiences at them—but there's no comparison. This one at Orchard and Franklin consistently sends me on my way with a smile. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy interacting with customers and, perhaps more impressively, appear to enjoy their jobs, too. To be clear, I’ve worked in customer service for several years, so I’m not naive enough to think that they’re always brimming with enthusiasm for every single customer, regardless of how busy they are or how close they are to the end of their shift. Anyone in the industry knows that great customer service involves at least a little bit of "faking it." That being said, I’ve never once gotten the impression that a staff member was being disingenuous, or that their friendliness was insincere. The only conclusion I can draw is that they must treat EVERYONE this well—because, quite frankly, I’m really not that likeable. 🤣 I don’t know how they do it. Maybe they’re all fitted with hidden shock collars that zap them if they stop smiling. Maybe every employee has a brain implant pumping out a non-stop stream of serotonin and dopamine. Maybe it’s a combination of both. Or MAYBE this location has truly exceptional management that knows how to foster a positive, productive, and pro-social work environment. Whatever their secret is, BRAVO to the team here for making SUCH a great impression that I felt compelled to write this entire review—without even using AI. 🤣 …Or maybe the entire staff is actually robots. 🤷‍♂️

Fred Meyers is a 10/10 the produce area is picture perfect. The staff kind and friendly and the clothing area clean and everything was where it'd supposed to be. I love shopping at the Orchard location.

Fred Meyer is my favorite grocery store in the entire country. I have seen a lot of stores. It's always so spacious, clean, bright, friendly.

It's everything you'd expect of a grocery store, we're talking about dealing with the general public here. Most people posting bad reviews just have weirdly specific vendettas against the staff, if you go to a grocery store to chat up all the employees you're already on the fringes.

Love them for over 20 yrs in AZ. Found them again when I moved here. Prices best in Valley great selection of foods. Their clothing section always has been great

This is probably the nicest and most immaculate fred meyers I have ever been to! Everything is so clean and organized and the selection is top notch! A lot of fred meyers are closing so this is rare to see. Plus huge clothing section too. Staff is very nice and helpful.

This Fred Meyer store location is fantastic! I consistently find great sales and coupon savings here, which makes my shopping trips much more budget-friendly. The produce selection is reliably good and fresh, but the Garden Center is truly the best feature—it’s always well-stocked and beautifully maintained. The one area for improvement I've noticed is that the checkers sometimes appear overwhelmed, especially during peak hours, leading to slightly longer waits. A little more support at the registers would make the shopping experience perfect, but overall, the quality, value, and amazing garden center make this my top choice!

Great for being a Fred Meyer. Good selection of products as this store typically does, clean store, large and not too crowded. I loved the selection of soft furry comforters and the soft furry body pillows! They can turn a bed into the most incredible sensory heaven! :)

We have shopped here for years. This store has everything we want. Great variety and a huge selection of organic, healthy items to choose from. They have a large home goods and clothing selection to choose from. The employees are great. I'm willing to pay more for better quality! They also have good sales!
